Juan Frías is an Iberia Creative Director with over 15 years of experience in advertising and brand communication. His international career spans Brazil, the UK and Spain, leading creative work for major global brands such as Pernod Ricard, HBO, Stellantis Group, Heineken, Procter & Gamble, AXA and Santander.

His creative and strategic leadership has been recognised at top-tier international festivals including Eurobest, Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show and El Sol. Under his direction, Leo Burnett was named Agency of the Year in Spain at Eurobest 2021 — a milestone that reinforced his reputation for driving creative excellence and consistent results.

Among his most notable projects are The Time We Have Left for Pernod Ricard — celebrated as the most awarded campaign in Spain’s history for the brand — and Victoria 285 for AXA, which became the most viewed and discussed campaign in the brand’s history in Spain. Today, he leads the creative department across the market with a transversal approach, focused on creativity, production excellence and measurable impact, ensuring strategic alignment that drives brand perception and commercial growth.
